At the top of the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Thanks to the central location, everything is within easy walking distance - the town hall is only 150 meters away. In the living room, an 85-inch TV provides entertainment. In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

The cottage of Oogstwold

In the cottage of Oogstwold you can relax. It is the perfect base on the outskirts of the Oldambtmeer. It is very characteristic, old and new elements come together. The cottage (75m2) is completely independent with its own parking space and front door (including the possibility for contactless check-in). The cottage can accommodate 2 to max 4 people. Due to height differences, steep stairs and varying ceiling heights, it is not accessible to people with mobility impairments.

Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH LOAD), park your car and walk north by the water...

This 11 square meter place is anything but ordinary. Nevertheless, everything you need is available. The 2x2 meter bed can be reached via a ladder in the gable of the house. Both a small kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom are available in our space miracle. The sofa and TV invite you to linger. When booking, the address data of the booking person will be requested. This is required for verification due to local accommodation tax.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
