We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

My home is a 2-room apartment that is centrally located and was completely renovated 5 years ago. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, other kitchen appliances and much more. It is located in a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and brighter! The sunset looks beautiful daily from the living room & balcony. We recently bought a new TV and carpet for the living room.
