Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-metre-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music stage.

The apartment is located by the water and there are plenty of swimming opportunities. At the building you can take the water bus and experience Copenhagen from the water side. The apartment has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakeries and transport just around the corner. 11 min. from CPH centre. You will have the apartment to yourselves.

The 93 sqm apartment on Teglholmen has a fantastic view of the Copenhagen canals. It is newly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, Sonos system, Smart TV, Philips Hue smart lights and fibernet and is also soundproofed. There are two large bedrooms with double beds, each with room for 2 people. In the summer, the area is perfect for relaxing and swimming. By subway, you are only 10 minutes from the inner city. Bus, boat bus and train station are also close. The area has plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.
