Comfortable and self-contained 50 sqm accommodation with a pretty 20sqm courtyard located on the ground floor and located in a quiet area in the city center equipped with all the services. Recently renovated, the rooms take up the building features of Salento with high star vaults and antique masonry. On the other hand, the terrace and the "lookout" room for renovation works (currently suspended) whose lack of use does not affect the enjoyment of the apartment.
