I especially appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 min by tram), to the New Fair (8 min by car) and to a forest-like park (2 min walk), the green oasis 💚 right outside the front door. In my spacious roof garden, you can relax over the rooftops of the city and unwind. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.
