Our private home is located in Sainte Maxime, the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The home is the lower level of a villa. It is 150 m2 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) is nicely decorated and has a sunny garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor kitchen and private swimming pool. You'll have all the luxury and privacy you need. The Beach La Nartelle is only 800 meters from the home and the city is 5 minutes by car. There is a little supermarket at 5 min. walking distance. Beautiful furnished studio 21m² with bathroom-WC, on the garden level of a villa, with private terrace 16m², in picturesque village in the center of Var, 30 km from the seaside and the Gorges du Verdon. Integrated and very well-equipped kitchen, double bed 140x190, 2-seater sofa convertible into a daybed or a single bed for a child. TNT sat TV. Air conditioned. Washer and dishwasher, multiple amenities and products provided. No smoking / No pets. 2-star rating at the Gîtes de France.

We are located in the Plaine des Maures national park which features unique and breathtaking landscapes mixing stone pine forests, red earth and vineyards. Renown seaside resorts (Saint Tropez, Saint Raphaël...) are within a short driving distance (40km). Aix en Provence and Nice can be reached through the highway in about an hour.
