Located in Talloires (one of the 1000 most beautiful villages in the world) on a 18 hole Golf course you benefit from 2 terrasses a private parking and a warm & cosy calm environment. A bike path 100meters away gives access to over 40km of cycle paths. You benefit from private parking and a concierge service if you need anything special for your stay.

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.
