City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

Modern, compact, very comfortable apartment in a quite and safe area. Just 3 min walk to Old Town (Fat Margaret’s Tower) ! Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

There are double bed and comfortable armchair bed. So my place is proper for solo adventurers and couples, also couples with one child.
