Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. All comforts at Villa Rananiemi with beach sauna

Rananiemi is a fully equipped cottage on a lake bank facing the south. The cottage, built in 2002, is surrounded by pine moor and rocks. The immediate surroundings of the cottage are partly lawn, partly undisturbed nature. The terrace and the combined kitchen/livingroom have a view to the slope declining towards the lake. The yard on the other side of the cottage is flat. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling or other water activities.

Design Villa Saimaa

Valoisa huvila Saimaan rannalla lähellä Puumalan kylää (n.18km). Huvilan suurista ikkunoista avautuu upea näkymä kauniisiin maisemiin. Huvilasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta neljälle sekä lisävuoteet kahdelle. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat yhteistä tilaa. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Syrjäinen sijainti tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja hiljaisuutta lomailuun. Mikäli kaipaat lomasi aikana siivousta, huvilan oma robotti-imuri hoitaa sen puolestasi :)

Kohteeni on lähellä seuraavia: 10 km Taavetin keskustasta ja 500 metrin päästä Luotosen-järven rannasta.Lähimpiin kaupunkeihin on seuraavasti: Lappeenrantaan on 50 km, Kouvolaan 60 km, Haminaan 50 km. Tervetuloa luonnonrauhaan maaseudulle. Talo on rauhoittava ja inspiroiva. Pihapiirissä on sauna ja saunatupa. Talon sisältä löytyy infrapunasauna. Luotosenjärvi on kalaisa ja talolla on siellä oma laituri ja soutuvene käytettävissä.

Sauna on perinteinen, jossa on pesutila saunassa. Puilla lämmitettävä saunan kiuas, jossa oma lämminvesivaraaja. Ei suihkua. Patikointireitti Orrain polku ja lähistöllä kauniit Partakoski sekä Kärnäkoski. Wi-Fi 100 mbps. Oma kaivovesi.
