The house is 34 m2: it has 1 room, 1 fully equipped small kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is ideal for two people, but if needed, 1-2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The Little House does not have a garden. The village is quiet, and since it is at the top of the valley, the view is magnificent from several points. Lake Balaton is 8 km away, the nearest beach is Zánka.

All the important rooms (kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, bedroom) are on the ground floor, with a steep staircase to the attic leading to a more modern bedroom. It is a listed building. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.
