The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 additional guesthouses host. The house has its own garden, terraces and an oven suitable for barbecue. There is also a covered carport for the guesthouse. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.
