Our child-friendly holiday apartment is in a quiet location, has 62 sqm of floor space and is located in the basement of our single-family house. The apartment has normal sized south windows, so it is nicely bright and cozy. With 62m² it is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a separate entrance and is fully equipped. Non-smoking. Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

The perfect place for a retreat from everyday life. The apartment is comfortable and cozy furnished. It has its own entrance and offers a bedroom for up to four people (bed and sofa bed), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living and entrance area, you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two comfortable leather sofas in front of the warm wood-burning stove and simply enjoy the time out.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect for switching off and unwinding...
