Nepita grows in a modern country house, surrounded by a large garden at about 700 meters above sea level, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding hills. The house has three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, two in the bedroom and one just outside. Zanzibar house is located in the center of Avola and consists of 4 very bright bedrooms, equipped with balcony, flat screen TV, private fridge, heating and air conditioning. Each room has wifi connection, private bathroom with bidet, hairdryer, courtesy kit and towel service. The property also offers a kitchen and a large living area with tables and seating. Free parking is available on the premises.

B&B Anapama Associates of Sword

Anapama has four different accommodations which you can see in my profile (Vivien). The ASSO DI SPADE room is about 25 square meters, consists of a small corridor overlooked by the private bathroom and the actual bedroom with double bed, is equipped with independent heating and not with air conditioning since the stone structure allows to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days.
