The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The Ionio is a mini apartment ideal for 2-3 people. It is located on the ground floor of the "Window to the Sea" structure. It has a kitchenette, air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, wi-fi, a television with satellite receiver, a safe, and a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning while admiring the sea or dinner in the evening. I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.
