It has an area of 40 sq m that extends on a single level consisting of living room with dining area, kitchen complete with crockery oven and stovetop , double bed, two closets, a double sofa bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower . It comfortably accommodates four people. The private veranda is equipped with a comfy table and umbrella... Great location on a typical square in the historic center that offers a quiet and particularly sunny atmosphere, a stone's throw from the market and the Temple of Apollo. In a few minutes walk you can reach the main streets of shops, restaurants and solariums. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find at your disposal a bathroom courtesy kit and one for the kitchen,linen, bath towels. Beach towels for rent for an additional fee. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, toaster, toaster, electric kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, hair dryer. For children, a camping cot complete with a mattress and linen, a sterilizer and a bottle warmer, a bathtub and a high chair. Children's kit has an extra fee. Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.
