The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kite surfing are popular activities.

The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be agreed, the price will be NOK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to make delicious meals, which can be enjoyed inside or out on the large terrace. Here you can relax in the warm wilderness bath while enjoying the tranquility and private atmosphere. The cottage has its own driveway and a lovely garden with room for play – including a swing stand.

Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – perfect for relaxation. Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work.

Velkommen til ægte dansk sommerhusidyl omgivet af ro, smuk natur og historiske omgivelser. Huset rummer op til 10 personer og er ideelt for store familier eller flere par. Uanset vejret kan I nyde aktivitetsrummet, whirlpool og sauna, og som gæst får I gratis bowling og minigolf. Grunden er helt lukket med hegn og hæk, perfekt til børn og hunde – 2 hunde er velkomne!

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

Our second holiday home was completed in summer 2021. Also this time we did everything to make the house both stylish and suitable for children. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you like it.
