A one bedroom apartment in our 107 year old historic 2-family home located in the village of St. Bernard. The town jeweler lived here when I was growing up. Our beautiful home is loaded with details unique to the era it was built. We resurfaced the original clawfoot bathtub & refinished the original tile floor, bringing the bathroom up to 21st century expectations without destroying her original architectural integrity. The bedroom fireplace (non-working) still has its original Rookwood tile.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
