Rhythm&Views is Cincy's retreat spot hidden among the trees on the hillside of Mt. Adams, overlooking the Ohio River. Relax in the hot tub, celebrate with friends on the enormous deck while you watch boats float by, get cozy by the fire, and take in the sunrise&sunset over the water. Walkable to all the bars, shops, and restaurants in Mt. Adams, close to downtown! This secluded treasure is located right on the hillside, accessible only via city steps so keep that in mind, but so worth the trek.

The Art Studio at Turtle Hill is located in Dayton, Ky, 2.2 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The studio is situated on 5 acres overlooking the Ohio River. The main house has a heated enclosed pool that is available to guests, a fire pit and pond. The studio has a full laundry, full kitchen and 4 off-street parking spots. The main bedroom (one queen) is on the first floor and the second bedroom (2 twins) is a loft. No cleaning fee. The studio is not suitable for children under 12. No pets please.

Third Floor Apt. in Historic Home

The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. The whole third floor of the house is yours! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
