We rent out our home when we are on holiday. You would have to feed our dear cat Rosi twice a day, otherwise she is quite easy to care for. Since we have school-age children, the house is only available during the Bavarian school holidays and from time to time on weekends. Close to the city centre (just a 15-minute walk). 5 minute walk to the Augsburger Puppenkiste and 25-minute walk to the Augsburger Zoo. The house has 3 bedrooms. Our lovely cat needs to be fed.

Surrounded by hops, apples and the idyllic Argen, our house is the perfect starting point for exploring the Lake Constance hinterland. Lake Constance is only 5 km away, the Allgäu 20 km and the Bregenzerwald invites you to hike (30 km). Enjoy the surroundings on two wheels!

The spacious terraced corner house is located in the district of Garmisch. The west terrace and garden offer a wonderful mountain view of the Garmischer Panorama. The cottage is located in a side street about 3 minutes from the bus stop, shopping and hiking trails and is fully equipped for max. 10 persons (+2 infants). Car parking. Wifi. Pets are welcome against extra costs! The landlords live in the annex and give information about excursions.

the apartment has been newly furnished. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for good conscience and the pleasure of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and if the weather allows, you can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace. Of course we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Television is mandatory and a library is available for the analogues of you.

Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. I rent a well-maintained room in my house in a quiet residential area in Geislingen an der Steige. The room is located in the basement apartment, has its own outside access, two windows and its own bathroom. A kettle, microwave and fridge are available – ideal for commuters, professionals or weekenders who do not need a kitchen. Important: No cuisine available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

End terraced house with three bedrooms. In very quiet neighborhood. Quiet behavior and room volume in the outdoor area must therefore be respected. On the first floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. The bathroom and three bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size double bed and TV, are on the second floor. The left room faces the south side. The middle room has a balcony to the west side with evening sun.

The house sits on the outskirts of Kempten. Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, banks and short distances to the highway and into the mountains and the mountains characterize the location in particular. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport in the immediate vicinity. Alexa app is an advantage. The house is offered as a total accommodation. This means that I am not present in person when renting.
