Lake Constance is only 5 km away, the Allgäu 20 km and the Bregenzerwald invites you to hike (30 km). Enjoy the surroundings on two wheels!

The cottage is located in a side street about 3 minutes from the bus stop, shopping and hiking trails and is fully equipped for max. 10 persons (+2 infants). Car parking. Wifi. Pets are welcome against extra costs! The landlords live in the annex and give information about excursions.

End terraced house with three bedrooms. In very quiet neighborhood. Quiet behavior and room volume in the outdoor area must therefore be respected. On the first floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. The bathroom and three bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size double bed and TV, are on the second floor. The left room faces the south side. The middle room has a balcony to the west side with evening sun.

The house sits on the outskirts of Kempten. Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, banks and short distances to the highway and into the mountains and the mountains characterize the location in particular. This means that I am not present in person when renting.
