The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Swedish Logcabin, with a role model from the United States. Sit on the porch and consider our Japandi Garden and Koi fishes in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for the holidays until 4 August. Good transport links. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as a kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes' walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room spring and summer. Trampoline for the kids. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6 kr/hour daytime, Sunday no charge).

A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.
