Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

VLES cottage in the middle of the forest

Here you will be surrounded only by beautiful nature. Chalet VLES, located far from civilization, offers the perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Get ready for an experience where the only neighbors will be trees, birds and the murmur of a stream. Indulge in fresh air, pure spring water and the opportunity to plant your own tree as a memory of an unforgettable stay. For nature lovers, we also offer the possibility of picking forest fruits. Experience an adventure that will remain in your heart forever. We look forward to seeing you!

Chalupa Mojkov

A peaceful place on the edge of a picturesque Šumava village in 850m is a destination that will bring you the pleasure of traveling, relaxation and breathtaking views of the landscape. Our cozy cottage is ideal for families with children or for parties of enthusiastic tourists who are looking for nature, adventure and want to discover the fairytale world of the Šumava Mountains. From us it is a short walk to all the famous and lesser-known Šumava locations, both on foot or by bike. Not suitable for loud celebrations and bachelor parties.

Tiny House Bizingroff - peace, nature and design in one place. Looking for a place to slow down for a while? Our Tiny House is a cozy, modern house in nature, surrounded by forests and ponds. A minimalist but thoughtful interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (sauna not included) await you. The house is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just a night's sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Forget your worries - enjoy the quiet and spacious accommodation. For wellness lovers, relax after hiking in the hot tub. You have everything you need here. In 500 m you are at the next small beach, landing place for the 2 boats that are freely available to you. In 200 m in the supermarket and the best soft ice cream is just around the corner! 6 bicycles are ready for you plus 3 for the very small guests. Pick fruits in the garden, cherries, plums, apples and blackberries.🍎🍒
