The cottage has a single garden with a patio and barbecue. Several swimming areas are located in the nearby area. Nearest swimming area: Mörbybadet, 2 km. Bus stop is within 300 meters from the property that takes you to Brommaplan/Stockholm in about 40 minutes. Both ICA and pizzeria are within walking distance, by car 2 minutes away! A party place where there is a lot of happening is also in walking distance!

With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there's always something exciting to discover. - Breakfast can be purchased on site. With the sparkling waters of Lake Mälaren just a short walk away, it's easy to be tempted to take a dip at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside. With walking distance to a grocery store and a pastry shop, you'll be happy to stay a little longer.

A villa in the countryside with incredibly beautiful views and the forest with castle park outside the door. The house is an old doctor's villa from 1910 where many old details are preserved. The rental part is a separate apartment upstairs with its own entrance. Access to patio, private kitchen, living room, bathroom. Close to the beach and beautiful excursion areas with cozy cafés and lovely nature reserves.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.
