There is a laundry room and workout area in the maintenance building. EV charging points, 2pcs 11kW type2 and 2pcs 16a Super suko, are included in the rental price.

You'll be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located holiday apartment. You can leave your car in the parking lot for the duration of your holiday, as within a 150m radius of the apartment you will find ski trails, ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails, a beach, a wakeboard track, a disc golf course, fishing (rainbow trout), equipment rental, a restaurant, a bowling alley, a convenience store and a sauna world. Nearby, there is also a horse riding stable and the Syväjoki fly fishing area.

Villa Kataja chalet in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

With pets to a lakeside cabin to the Northeast

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Suofutis: suurempikin ryhmä mahtuu hyvin majoittumaan, kun piha-aitat otetaan käyttöön. Aitat ovat erikseen sovittaessa käytettävissä. Mökki on saanut hyvää palautetta tyylikkyydestä ja hyvästä varustetasosta. Pihalla koirille häkki ja Jämpti-koirankoppi. Tv:ssä mm. Iptv-sovellus ja Netflix.
