A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.
