Idyllic apartment - secluded location on the edge of the forest

We offer an apartment of about 40 square meters. In the house there is another apartment for up to 4 people and a large apartment on the upper floor. (Possible running noises) Located directly on the "Höhenflug" hiking trail, the "Wilde Wiese" ski resort is also in the immediate vicinity. The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

Arrive-Feel good

The light-flooded attic apartment (2nd floor) is quietly located in a side street and thus offers pure relaxation! You can reach us from the A44 highway in just 10 minutes. The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

Beautiful, small apartment surrounded by greenery

Our small apartment is at the top of the Klausenberg. Behind the house there are only fields and meadows. The city is within walking distance, as is Lake Hennesee. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the city and much further into the distance. A good place for a little break. If you are arriving by bike, you should keep in mind that the beautiful view from our mountain is of course connected with the fact that you also have to climb the mountain 🙈

Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car.
