There is a kitchen, toilet/shower, mezzanine, balcony, garden and parking spaces. At the weekend, the house is rented out as an entire property. During the week, the kitchen and the toilet/shower are shared with the adjoining office from approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days.
