No other guests bedding, towels, hair dryer is available. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Book closet with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio children up to 12 years old have 20% discount.

In its walking distance are Old town museum, Watchtower, HNK theater, Varazdin Cemetery, and all other sighths located in center of city. 021 house consists of three rooms, kitchen, hallway and has its own yard with garden. It is old house, but entirely renovated in 2019.
