The whole farm consists of an old farmhouse from the Middle Ages, a stable building from 1734, the new house, a hall, a small cottage and this new apartment. At the farm there is an arrow arch trail with 50 3D animals in the forest and meadows, it is the most beautiful far and wide!

Our accommodation is a detached house located directly on the South Styrian Wine Route, which has an apartment for holiday guests of 47 m² on the ground floor. Within walking distance here are some establishments and bush taverns within a few minutes walk. The apartment has its own entrance with a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the enchanting distant view over the South Styrian wine country, perhaps also with a glass of wine.

In the shared garden, the 3 medium-sized dogs move freely at all times. We therefore recommend a stay only to people who are animal- or dog-loving. For this reason, children can only be welcomed from a young age and pets only by prior arrangement. In Sankt Martin im Sulmtal, the holiday home "Lebenshof Varm - die vegane Farm" offers an excellent view of the mountains.
