Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

On 50 m² you will find on the 2nd floor a cozy atmosphere with 1 bedroom (2 beds) and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. An open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a terrace in the garden with a bicycle shed complete the picture. Important points of contact are nearby. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Whether cycling vacation, visiting family/friends or on business; Bocholt is worth a trip.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home.
