Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.
