On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Nice 2019 cottage in Carquefou

A recent house of 30m2 with fenced terrace (10m2) ideally located for discovering the Nantes region. Its proximity to major roads (highway, ring road, Paris road) and public transport will allow you to access the main tourist sites: from the Nantes vineyard to the charm of Carquefou (Port Jean, La Fleuriaye...), the city of Nantes and its castle, not to mention the major exhibitions (the machines of the island, the Zenith of Nantes) or the sea less than an hour away!

If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Public transport, a supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance and Nantes city center is 15 minutes by bike.
