Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

A 20-minute walk from the village by a bucolic path, along the Vélodysssée (Canal de Nantes à Brest) and the Régalante, this former artist's studio with views of the Plains of Mazerolles, is completely renovated and newly equipped. Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

We welcome you to this comfortable cottage, located in a green setting, at the crossroads of the paths of the Velodyssée and the Régalante and a few minutes walk from the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière. The shops and port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are 4 minutes away by car, and Nantes is 25 minutes away by tram. On the garden level of a Nantes house, you can relax on the terrace or by the pool. Parking and a bike shelter are available.

Maison organique

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

L'Escale au Côteau

New type 2 accommodation of 40m2 in a very quiet dead end. You will have a beautiful living room with 1 convertible sofa for 1 person and a kitchenette. One bedroom with 1 bed of 160 adjoining the bathroom. A toilet/lingerie area with washing machine. We provide you with a tumble dryer. Its high ceilings in all rooms give it a particular charm and a very great brightness. Linens, towels and bed linen are provided .

At the foot of the port and the bike path, in the heart of the village of Sucé sur Erdre, independent studio on a quiet street. Real furnished cocoon of 16 m2, non-smoking. Independent entrance. Perfect for bringing your family or friends together, you will enjoy the 3000 m2 of land not overlooked, terraces, green spaces, pétanque and the ping pong table. Semi-rigid boat rental 5.3m on the Erdre at extra cost.

Welcome to L’Escapade du Crézou, former dependency with authentic charm, once a bread oven, fully restored to offer you a real bucolic break in the heart of the countryside. We welcome you to this cozy cottage, ideal for a family or small group of friends up to 4 people (and an additional child, baby equipment possible on request), looking for the outdoors and conviviality.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)

The house is located in Sucé-sur-Erdre in a charming small subdivision on the edge of a "Les Voiettes" hiking trail. On the ground floor of the house, a kitchen, a back kitchen, a living room, toilet, a bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, toilet, bathroom. Guests can enjoy the garden, terrace and garden furniture.
