Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Stunning home overlooking the Borromeo islands

Casa Bellavista has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard. Despite having all the facilities of modern day living, it still retains the magic and character of the original 'rustico' dwelling. The designer kitchen with large marble island, two luxury bathrooms, WC, three large bedrooms, one with walk-in wardrobe, open plan top floor living area and idyllic private roof terrace should leave you wanting for nothing.
