Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Beautiful 2-room apartment centrally located

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of the Pforzheimer City. EVERYTHING you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes walk. The CongressCentrum and the theatre are also right around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away.

The approximately 50 sqm attic apartment with living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely furnished with oak parquet or old plank floor. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and spa park. Walking trails, gastronomy, thermal bath and shops are within walking distance.

"Right now, just from the city to the countryside ." The apartment is located in the attic of a renovated house from 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms and space on 92 m2. Accommodation for 1-6 persons. They have the opportunity to relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase.
