All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Tre soveværelser: to med dobbeltsenge og et har en enkeltseng og en slå-ud seng. Stor stue med to sofaer, brændeovn og TV. Stor lys udestue som kan benyttes forår og sommer. Smuk lukket have med siddepladser, udepejs og drivhus. I haven går seks høns i indhegning og til hus og have hører også en meget kælen og social langhåret kat.
