Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In "Mormors hus" you live in a newly renovated house for four in the quiet countryside with proximity to Stockholm and Nynäshamn's archipelago. The house is located on a farm from 1805 and has its own garden and patio. Wake up to birds chirping and morning coffee on the balcony before taking a bike ride down to the swimming area. Don't forget to stop in the blueberry forest. Nice forest walks, good roads for country road cycling, flea markets, cultural heritage and ancient monuments are nearby.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve, with the option of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, a kayaking trip or cooking together. There is plenty of space here for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to shut the door and have some privacy (9 bedrooms – 10 beds, including bed linen and towels). Cleaning is included.

The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.
