Located in Skå on Färingsö, this modern, newly built cottage has 2 bedrooms and an open-plan living room/kitchen, where there is also a sofa bed and a recliner bed. The cottage has a single garden with a patio and barbecue. Several swimming areas are located in the nearby area. Nearest swimming area: Mörbybadet, 2 km. Bus stop is within 300 meters from the property that takes you to Brommaplan/Stockholm in about 40 minutes. Both ICA and pizzeria are within walking distance, by car 2 minutes away! A party place where there is a lot of happening is also in walking distance!

Hiking trail with connection from the farm. Here, you live near the award-winning Apple Factory, the cozy Juntra garden and the Eldgarnsö nature reserve. Troxhammars golf course and Skå ice rink at a convenient distance.

After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is served on the jetty next to the large pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there is always something exciting to discover. With Lake Mälaren's glittering waters just a short walk away, it's easy to be lured to a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you will be happy to stay a little longer.

The house offers a bright, open floor plan, sauna and ping pong table for both relaxation and fun. Wintertime Ski In–Ski Out with cross-country skiing on the golf course. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away .
