Visit this older cottage with new kitchen and lovely large living room with plenty of room for the 4 people who have beds. On the grounds is also an annex with a 120 cm bed. The annex is not dense and therefore does not count towards sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is older and has no shower, but a hand shower by the sink. The house is located in lovely Strøby with close to the beach. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance and shopping within 4 km. The house is under renovation both outside and inside

With high ceilings both inside and out, there is the opportunity to travel many together and still have room to be yourself.

Dette lækre sommerhus har en fantastisk beliggenhed, midt i skoven men alligevel kun 150 m til stranden. Indendørs er der åbendt til kip, og store vinduespartier der kan nydes om aftenen foran pejsen. I dagtimerne kan man gå på lange turer i området, hvor der er stisystem i skov og langs stranden. Måske nyde en kop kaffe i den lokale café, eller aftensmad på Restaurant Udsigten, som lever op til sit navn. Kun 20 min. køretur til den hyggelige handelsby Køge, der er rig på cafeer og butikker.

Huset er er sommerhus, i et roligt område tæt på vandkanten, og alligevel kun 15 minutter i bil til Køge, som er en by med både shopping, restauranter, caféer og biograf. Nærmeste lokale restaurant er kun 10 min fra huset (på gåben) . Nærmeste Supermarked ligger 5 min fra huset i bil. Huset har en unik opvokset have, hvor du er helt uforstyrret pga. de store træer. Haven er indhegnet. Der er en trampolin og en stor græsplæne. Der er 3 værelser (2 af dem hænger sammen)

There is access to pool area 100 meters away on the nearby camping spot, play grounds, animals and the house is located only 700 meters from the water.

This summer house is located near the coast and forest. The property is very large with well-kept lawns and many trees. It offers space for the whole family with opportunities to play and have garden parties. Habitable in summer as well as in winter. There are some shopping opportunities about 4 km away.
