Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

At the same time, you can all cook, eat and chill in front of the fireplace in the large kitchen. There is a large sun terrace, a barbecue behind the house, a football pitch, a climbing frame and a sauna. The nearest swimming spot is a 10-minute walk, about 800 m away.

Hier kann man wunderbar runterkommen und alle Hektik hinter sich lassen.
