Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

Adults can comfortably barbecue in the gazebo and enjoy a cool drink. In winter, all ski resorts and mountains are within easy reach. Lake Simssee can be reached in a leisurely 15-minute walk via a beautiful forest path. Bakers, shops, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
