The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Hikes to the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is about 30 - 40 minutes away. It is conveniently located and can be reached via the highway. Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached in about 45 - 60 minutes. Recreational seekers enjoy the quietness of the small Dorfes Nußdorf am Inn.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with good bus connections to the train station or quickly by car on the highway. We rent a new one-room apartment on the outskirts of Stephanskirchen. The apartment is located in the basement with private entrance. It contains a high-quality kitchen, a new bathroom and living/sleeping area. We are happy to give you tips for relaxing or active leisure activities in the beautiful Chiemgau.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

Our place is in Rosenheim and is located in the middle of Munich/Salzburg. The Inntal triangle towards Austria and Italy/Brenner is approx. 5 minutes away. Lake Chiemsee and the mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes.
