We are completely off-grid with solar electricity, so it's the perfect escape from the city where one can forget about load shedding and traffic for a while. We are just across the road from Stettyn Family Vineyards tasting room, where award winning wines and cheese platters can be enjoyed. We've got amazing MTB / running trials, as well as a beautiful dam to do some bass fishing and/or birding.

My place is very good for couples as well as solo adventurers and - if you don’t mind sharing one open space with everyone - even for small families (with kids).

Ideally located, only a scenic 20 min drive into the tourist town of Stellenbosch. 40 min to Cape Town CBD. 10 min to the beach. 1 hour to Hermanus (whale viewing and shark diving). You will have privacy on the covered stoop as you relax looking at the garden enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. A separate entrance to our cottage allows you to come and go as you please.
