Small, clean apartment in the basement

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Historic chalet (Jura chalet)

Das Jura-Chalet liegt direkt gegenüber vom Schloß Eggersberg. Hier finden Sie ein Cafe und ein Restaurant sowie ein schöner weitläufiger Schloßgarten. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich folgende Touristenattraktionen: Rosenburg, Kloster Plankstetten, Kloster Weltenburg, Befreiungshalle Kelheim, Donaudurchbruch und viele schöne Wanderwegen direkt vor der Haustüre. The apartment is located in a family-friendly apartment building and is fully furnished and equipped! It is possible to accommodate additional guests in the living room! Das lichtdurchflutete Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses (1.Stock). Es wurde 2017 neu gebaut und bietet mit seinen 100m2 viel Platz zum Aufenthalt. Auf der grossen Loggia könnt ihr in der Abendsonne sitzen oder draussen frühstücken. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner können im Keller mitgenutzt werden.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
