House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything was very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. Welcome to my elegant penthouse apartment – quietly located and yet close to the center. The highlight is the unique and spacious roof terrace with castle mountain views – the perfect place to end the day relaxed. In addition, two private underground parking spaces are available. The light-flooded kitchen-living room offers a high-quality sofa bed that, together with the separate double bedroom overlooking the countryside, can accommodate up to 4 people.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
