Umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern zwischen den Weinbergen bietet das Ferienhaus genügend Platz zum Herumtollen und Frischluft tanken. Das Ferienhaus ist idealen zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Ob mit der ganzen Familie oder zu zweit für eine romantische Auszeit - oder natürlich auch für sportliche Aktivitäten wie: Wander, Radfahren, Walken ect. hier findet jeder das Richtige. Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.
