Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

Beautiful apartment: Quiet location, right on the Ach

The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für bis zu drei Personen ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den umliegenden malerischen Seen und Bergen bis Garmisch-Partenkirchen und Oberammergau. Die Skigebiete in Garmisch erreicht man mit Zug oder Auto in 30 Minuten. Kunstinteressierte folgen den Spuren der Blauen Reiter in und um Murnau, dem Heimatort der Blauen Reiter um Wassily Kandinsky, Franz Marc und Gabriele Münther. Die Unfallklinik Murnau liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
