Welcome to the Lake Lodge! You're invited to this peaceful retreat among a canopy of trees. The home is a 3 minute walk to the lake (public side), with a private slip, HOA sitting area, & boat ramp. When you aren't admiring the lake views from the HOA dock, savor the forested yard with built in firepit, cozy hot tub, & gigabit WIFI. Relax with the whole family in the tranquil Riverbend district of Fredericksburg. The beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room look out over the private patio prividing a comfortable sitting area for reading or watching TV. A twin-over-full bunk bed also rests at the end of the open living room. The private master suite with a king bed includes additional seeting and a workstation. The private bathroom provides a large shower, toilet, spacious sink, and new washer and dryer.

Our cozy home is located in the rural area of Spotsylvania County and is nestled in 5 acres of woods with a serene creek, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Old Town Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Battlefield, Spotsylvania Towne Centre, Central Park, and Mary Washington University are minutes away. Lake Anna and King's Dominion are within a short drive. After a fun day, unwind in our peaceful retreat and immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

The Carriage House at Kings Crossing is a recently renovated and tastefully furnished three bedroom/two bathroom home. Its unique charm captures a contemporary rural feel, next to the heart of historic Fredericksburg! King's Crossing is nestled between downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields; you will find that getting to local attractions is an easy drive. Additionally, we are within 1 hour of DC, Richmond, and Shenandoah.

Beautiful renovated house on nearly an acre with a great yard. Indoors we have an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room. The garage is converted into a game room with pool, ping pong, arcade games and more! Outdoors has a covered patio, hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock, fenced dog area, and lots of seating. This is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting less noise, more nature, small town vibes, water sports and lake life.

Family-friendly basement apartment conveniently located off Rt 3 in Fredericksburg. Minutes to shopping and restaurants, downtown and convention center. Spacious two bedrooms and one bath. Kitchenette, living room and dining room. Separate entrance. Kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee pot, electric skillet, crockpot and hot water kettle. It does not have a stove top or oven.
