The renovated townhouse (19th century), with artistic flair, Located in the middle of Neustadt, in a quiet side street, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, living room with kitchen, 4 shower bathrooms, 2 terraces and balcony, especially suitable for friends who want to have a private area in a shared vacation: such as a private bathroom and a private floor. In the living room, there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling. The whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The paintings on display are for sale.

Speyer-Altstadt: Garden house for 1- 2 people

The quiet 33 sqm garden house is located in the garden of my residential building, and has a separate access/ entrance. The bed size is 140x200 cm, please note when booking for 2 people! At ground level is the living room with couch, mini kitchen and sitting area. The bed on the gallery is accessed via a comfortable ladder. The large bathroom is also a dressing room. I would be happy to give tips for doing things. Washing machine use for an additional fee. There are discounts for university students

Welcome! to the 5***** star vacation home in the middle of downtown Speyer. The vacation home (approx. 90 square meters) is perfectly located - quiet and very central - in downtown Speyer. I offer 5-star comfort for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Parking is available right in front of the house. Arrival time is between 3 pm and 5 pm or by appointment. Departure time is by 10:00 am

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
