This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. La villetta è immersa in una fresca pineta a 150 metri dal mare. Dispone di un giardino con freschi alberi di pino, gazebo in legno, barbeque, doccia esterna, posto auto e una grande terrazza attrezzata per cucinare e pasteggiare all'aria aperta. Unsere Villa ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Traumurlaub in Apulien. Die Villa liegt auf einem 6000qm Grundstück im Umland von Carovigno. In wenigen Minuten ist man an den Stränden und Restaurants von Santa Sabina oder den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Carovigno. Bis Ostuni der berühmten "Weißen Stadt" fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Für die sonnigen aber kühleren Monate verfügt die Villa über eine Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden.

After two years of pain-staking renovation, we are finally ready to present our little gem. Originally used to press grapes, we converted the old stone building into a unique space that has a refreshing balance between authenticity and style. Although you can disconnect here in nature, it’s super close to the sea (5min) and the charming villages of Carovigno (5min) and Ostuni (20min). Brindisi airport is 20min away.
