The Annex, Berwick, East Sussex

Light and spacious self-contained Annex, separate from the main house with it's own private entrance. Being within two miles of the South Downs National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by idyllic countryside, lovely villages and pubs, and only 6 miles from the sea. The Space: Our Annex is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, a large lounge, a shower room, and a kitchenette, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer. Breakfast included. We have two friendly dogs, who have access to our garden and house, but not The Annex. Guest Access: Private entrance. Disabled accessible throughout, including shower. Ample parking. Access to the back garden and patio on request, due to our two friendly dogs. Interaction with Guests: We are a friendly couple, who love to make our visitors welcome, and will also respect your privacy, as you prefer. The Neighbourhood: We are in a rural village, with a small railway station, two pubs, a Post Office and garage. Perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the many local sights, Berwick village train station is only two minutes walk away, with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes. Ample on-site parking means you can leave your car in our drive whilst you explore by foot, bicycle, or train. Local sites include the historic village of Alfriston; Beachy Head, the Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters; Charleston Farmhouse; Firle Place; and Glyndebourne, to name just a few!

Cosy mid terrace 3 floor Edwardian cottage, over 110 years old, welcoming and homely with many original features, vintage finds, tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings.Stones throw from Ferry,train,bus,docks , so very conveniently placed .Free parking 6pm-8am Mon - Sat (Sunday all day) free nearby other times. The Brambles, Peacehaven - self contained house

The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 18 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. It has two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner with a conservatory that over looks the south facing garden. The decor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs.Peacehaven is 7 miles from Brighton, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

Cosy and functional self contained brand new build studio at end of large garden with sea views. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the nearby beach. Excellent travel links (rail and bus), beautiful cycle routes immediately accessible. This is a purpose built space with very comfy double bed, private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Kitchenette area with sink, fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave with oven and grill. Electric heating, freeview TV. On road parking available.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

A stylish place to stay which is perfect for couples. Enjoy it’s close proximity to walks on the South Downs and walks to the Beach. Lots to explore 10mins walk from bus and train station, taking you to Brighton, Lewes, London, and Eastbourne. With so much to do and explore in the area. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets we have from the cabin or just stroll down to the beach and sit with fish and chips. The Cabin has beautiful views all round of both The Sea and South Downs

Garden Lodge, surrounded by garden and countryside

Garden Lodge is situated just off the South Downs Way on the edge of Alfriston village. Sited in the back garden of the main house there is access to a private patio area and to the garden. There is farm land bordering the property with views to the Downs. Numerous pubs, hotels and shops are just five minutes walk away in the village centre. It is very dark here at night so if you are not accustomed to it, think about bringing a torch.
